It could be laid on the existing boundary walls using V shaped angle post.

High Tech RBT
  • It has a very sharp barbs as razor blade and are placed very closely and hence service as a tyre and effectives fence
  • Razor sharp barbed tape is crimped on a hot dip galvanized high tensile spring steel core wire and hence cannot be cut by ordinary means
  • It has approximately 160 barbs per running meter
  • It is lighter in weight Its weight is approximately 8 Kg per 100mm which is 50% of the weight of conventional barbed wire of same length and therefore angle support for erecting security fences are smaller in size compared to requirements of barbed wire. Also the distance between consecutive supporting angels can be kept as high as 3 to 4m thereby reducing the cost of supporting angles
  • Since it has very sharp barbs which are almost three times that of conventional barbed wire and due to its mechanical properties against bending and cutting, the spacing between two adjacent stand is kept as 250mm as against 150mm that of conventional barbed wire
  • Security fences with RBT does not require any diagonal strand due to its mechanical properties Instead one vertical strand in each segment of 3 to 4m can be provided
Conventional Barbed Wire
  • Its barb are neither closely placed nor sharp enough hence it is no more accepted as a right fencing material
  • It is made MS core wire on which at intervals a set of barbs are made out of core wire. Its mechanical properties are such that it could easily cut or bent hence it does not provide effective fence
  • It has only 53 barbs per running meter
  • It is heavier. It weight is approximately 16kg per 100 running meter. Therefore it requires heavier angle iron post grounded at a distance of 1.5 to 2m maximum. This adds to the cost of supporting angles
  • Since its barbs are not very sharp enough and number of barbs per running meter are also less compared to high tech RBT the spacing between two horizontal strands is to be kept minimum I.e. approximate 150mm
  • In order to prevent sagging of the fence it is necessary to provide two diagonal strands in each segment of 2m
Hot to Order

Punched Tape Concertina Coil(PTTC) are tailored made to suit individual requirements. These are available in following size
  • 1050mm dia Coil having 50 turns and approximate weight 15.00 kg ± 5% and could be stretched to cover a distance of 10 - 15 meters
  • 750mm dia Coil having 50 turns and approximate weight 10.75 kg ± 5% and could be stretched to cover a distance of 8 - 10 meters
  • 610mm dia Coil having 50 turns and approximate weight 8.75 kg ± 5% and could be stretched to cover a distance of 5 - 7 meters
  • 610mm dia Coil having 72 turns and approximate weight 12.50 kg ± 5% and could be stretched to cover a distance of 10 - 12 meters
  • 450mm dia Coil having 45 turns and approximate weight 5.70 kg ± 5% and could be stretched to cover a distance of 4 - 5 meters.
